Logo of Montréal-Ouest / Montreal West

I took this snapshot of Montréal-Ouest's logo at it's old town hall. There were only two
flagpoles in front of the building (one for Canada and the other for Québec). This leads me
to suspect that Montréal-Ouest never had its own flag.
